Natural Manual Extraction
In our apiary, from the onset of flowering season to almost 35-40 days, we let the bees produce and mature the honey in their hives. Itβs only after the completing this we initiate the extraction process.
Gravity Filtration
We use gravity filtration and not vacuum filtration to preserve the pollens and other goodness of the honey. In our in process from extraction, filtration and bottling, we ensure our honey stays under temperature that is below 25 degree celsius.
Preserved Nutrients
We extract our honey only when it matures and use only manual extraction and packaging technique, so that we preserve all its nutrients and produce a true and pure product for our exclusive consumer base.
