Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh litchis (peeled and deseeded)
    1 cup Greek yogurt (or thick yogurt)
    2 tbsp pure honey
    ½ cup granola (or muesli)
    1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
    ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
    Mint leaves for garnish

Directions

  • Prepare the Litchis – Peel, desed, and chop fresh litchis into small pieces.
